MotorSports: Phantom Announces New Drop-In Fuel Pump For Nissan

Aeromotive, the leading manufacturer of aftermarket fuel systems and accessories, has announced its new fuel pump module upgrade for the Nissan Patrol SUV. Designed to perform at optimal efficiency in even the harshest conditions on- and off-road, the module installs using factory tank fasteners and eliminates the issue of fuel deprivation.
Utilizing the award-winning Phantom in-tank Pump and Baffle Technology, the direct drop-in module for the Nissan Patrol SUV allows for consistent fuel delivery both on-and off-road. The system includes a billet top hat with electrical bulkheads, fuel pump(s), Phantom foam and baffle and the fuel level sending unit. The drop-in fuel module will work with both EFI and carbureted applications.

The dual 450 liters-per-hour fuel pump setup is capable of supporting naturally aspirated gasoline applications up to 2,200 horsepower, naturally aspirated E-85 ethanol applications up to 1,500 horsepower, forced induction gasoline applications up to 1,600 horsepower and forced induction E-85 ethanol applications up to 1,100 horsepower. For those producing even more power, the triple pump option is capable of supporting naturally aspirated gasoline applications up to 3,300 horsepower, naturally aspirated E-85 ethanol applications up to 2,250 horsepower, forced induction gasoline applications up to 2,400 horsepower and forced induction E-85 ethanol applications up to 1,650 horsepower.
